The Third Chapter

Not a reinvention. A reclamation.

Midlife has a way of asking the questions the rest of life was too busy for. Who am I now, underneath the roles? What do I still want? What am I done carrying?

The Third Chapter is space to answer them: one-day immersives and 1:1 coaching for women ready to hear themselves again.

You might be here because…

  • The children have gone, and the space they left is louder than you expected.

  • Something changed that you didn't choose: illness, loss, the end of a marriage.

  • Work, or a business you built, no longer fits who you've become.

  • Your confidence or sense of direction has gone, and you're not sure when it left.

  • Nothing is wrong, exactly. You just want this part of life to be deliberate.

If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

What one day can do

Sometimes you arrive carrying more than you realised.

Approaching 50, one participant described the moment she accepted a place on the Richmond immersive as knowing it was “time to face myself and what I’d been wrestling with.” By the end of the day, she had made a decision she’d been circling for months - to commit, fully, to being the artist she is.

She woke up the following morning feeling excited for the first time in a long time.

That’s what a day can do, when the conditions are right.

Another participant, at 60, arrived at the immersive knowing something had to change. A business she’d built over many years had become misaligned with who she was - so entangled with her identity that she couldn’t see clearly what came next.

By the end of the day, she could.

She has since closed the business, sold her London home, and relocated to a cottage on the west coast of England. She’s retraining in the things she’d always loved but let fall away. She’s still working - but on her own terms, and at a pace that fits the life she actually wants.

“The Third Chapter has been a great life changing experience for me and I look forward to attending the next Alumni.”

The Immersive

One conversation. One day. A clearer view of what comes next.

It starts with a 1:1 coaching session with me, so you arrive knowing why you've come. Then a full day at Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond, with a group of women at the same threshold, away from everything that usually needs something from you.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clear sense of what matters to you now, and what doesn't

  • The old stories and habits you're ready to put down

  • A practical plan for your next steps, in your own words

“The Third Chapter Immersive was an incredible, defining reference point in my life. I felt I was right where I needed to be, where I had a right to be and having a sense of belonging within a group of such accomplished and beautiful individuals.”

1:1 coaching

For going further, at your own pace.

Some women come to an immersive first; some come straight to coaching. Either way, 1:1 work gives you time and continuity: regular sessions with me to work through what's shifting and act on it. There are three pathways, The Threshold, The Turning and The Chapter, depending on how much support you want.

  • "I came to coaching feeling like I’d ticked all the boxes - but still wasn’t sure who I was anymore. Remi helped me pause, reimagine, and start choosing for myself again. I’m entering this next chapter with a deeper sense of clarity and courage."

Former Corporate Director, now exploring creative entrepreneurship

  • “After 20 years in the same career, I knew something had to change - but I didn’t know where to start. Remi created space for me to listen to myself again. Our work helped me trust my instincts and make bold, honest decisions about what’s next.”

    Marketing Consultant, transitioning into coaching

  • "Remi has a way of helping you feel deeply seen and gently challenged at the same time. I was navigating a period of huge personal and professional change, and her coaching gave me the structure, support, and spark I needed to move forward on my terms."

    Midlife leader in transition

  • “I didn’t think I needed coaching per se- just some clarity. But what I found with Remi was something much deeper. She helped me reconnect to the parts of myself I’d pushed aside, and now I’m stepping into this next season with more purpose and self-trust than ever before.”

Freelance Consultant, redefining success in midlife

  • “After decades of building a successful career, I made the decision to step away - but then came the void. Who was I without the job title? Remi helped me hold the space between what was and what’s next. I’m not rushing to fill it. I’m learning to listen, to explore, to create. That’s the real gift.”

Former HRD, now exploring creative and mentoring paths
