Executive Coaching & Facilitation

For the conversation your team keeps not having.

I'm the person organisations bring in when things feel hard: when there's emotion in the room, when the same issue keeps coming back, when everyone can feel what isn't being said. I help people get to the nub of it and have conversations with real depth, rather than talking around the issue or kicking the can down the road.

It isn't always comfortable. It is always useful.

You might be bringing me in because…

  • The same issue keeps coming back, and everyone knows it.

  • There's tension in the team that nobody is naming.

  • A difficult change is coming, and people need to talk about how it lands, not just what it is.

  • A relationship at the top isn't working, and everyone below can feel it.

  • A leader you value is struggling, stuck, or running on empty.

Executive coaching

1:1 coaching for senior leaders, with someone who has sat in the seat. It's a confidential space to think out loud about what's really going on, including the things you can't say at work.

Leaders bring me:

  • A new or bigger role, and the step up that comes with it

  • The gap between how they feel inside and how others see them

  • A decision they've been putting off

  • A difficult relationship with a boss, peer or team

  • Pace and pressure, and how to lead in a way that lasts

  • What comes next, including stepping back or stepping out

We start with a conversation to see if we're the right fit. Coaching then runs as a set of sessions shaped around you, in person or online. If your organisation is sponsoring it, we agree the goals together at the start, and the sessions themselves stay confidential.

Team facilitation

Sessions for leadership teams and groups when there's something difficult to work through: a change, a conflict, a decision, a way of working that's stopped working. I create the conditions for people to say what they really think, and to stay with it long enough to get somewhere. You leave having dealt with the issue, not just discussed it.

Leadership development

Workshops and programmes for leaders, from a single focused session to a longer programme, often designed alongside your L&D or talent team.

Speaking

Talks and panels for organisations on leadership, change, and what midlife teaches us about how we grow at work.

I've led teams and run businesses, so I know what it costs to say the hard thing in a senior room. I don't shy away from emotion; it's usually where the important information is.

My approach is psychologically informed and creative. I always come with a plan, but I don't hold to it for the sake of it. I read what's happening in the room and use whatever will help most in that moment: a different question, a different exercise, or simply more time on the thing that matters.

My job is to make the real conversation possible, and to keep it useful once it starts. I work directly with organisations, and I'm a trusted associate of a small number of leadership and talent consultancies.

How I work

What People Say

  • “I’m still in a senior role, but everything in me knew I couldn’t keep going the way I was. Remi didn’t push me to ‘go big’ - she helped me go deeper. With her support, I’ve reset my pace, clarified what matters, and started leading from a more sustainable, authentic place.”

COO, still in-role, shifting her relationship to work

  • “Remi has had a huge impact. For me - her power has been in helping me to rise out of the everyday and to see the bigger picture. Remi has a special ability not only to help you see things from that wider vantage point but also to help make changes which have a big picture impact too. Remi is all the things you would want a coach to be; supportive, challenging, knowledgeable, curious and strategic. I could not recommend working with her more highly.”

    Senior Leader

  • "If you want someone to ask you some powerful questions about the choices you want to make in a more mature phase of your career, Remi would be a great choice."
