I’m Remi Baker, Founder of The Third Chapter
For years, I built a successful career, led teams, mentored others, and navigated change at every level. But when I reached my own midlife transition, I found myself at a crossroads—facing questions I hadn’t asked before.
Who am I beyond my career? What do I want for this next stage of life? How do I bring together everything I’ve lived, learned, and longed for?
That journey led me to create The Third Chapter - a space for women who, like me, are navigating change, redefining their identity, and ready to step into their next phase with purpose, personal power, and possibility.
As an experienced executive coach, facilitator, and former CEO, I bring deep expertise in leadership and transition. I’m also a Transitional Intelligence (TQ) accredited coach, specialising in helping people embrace change, manage uncertainty, and move forward with clarity.
But beyond the credentials, this work is deeply personal. I was raised by a Nigerian mother (and English father) who embodied the power of reinvention - first a nurse, then a psychoanalytical psychotherapist. Her journey, and the cultural wisdom she passed on, continue to guide me:
“One who knows themselves can shape their own path”.
Now in my 60s, I’m not reinventing - I’m bringing it all together. This is less about change and more about deepening. And as I embrace my own path as an Elder - not as an ending, but as a deepening - it’s my great honour to walk alongside other women as they reclaim their voice, expand their vision, and shape what comes next.
Whether you’re approaching your fifties or already into your sixties ++, this space is for you.
This is more than work. It’s legacy, community, and possibility - held with heart.
